  1. I’ve just tried to access some of these collections but each time all I can get is the individual’s name and port of arrival. All other info such as arrival date, birthdate etc is blanked out. if I try to go any further I simply get the option to upgrade from my UK plan to a worldwide one. So I’m not sure how this classes as being “free”. Am I doing something wrong??
